With over 30 years of security experience, I began my career in loss prevention before founding one of the most successful security firms in Orange County, NY, focused on school security. Total Quality Service Agreement
In addition to the requested coverage, our Total Quality Service agreement includes a supervisor who will conduct random, unannounced site visits to review the performance of all Officers assigned to this contract. This will ensure compliance with stated contract requirements. The local supervisor shall have the authority to assign alternate officers in the case of unscheduled absences of regularly scheduled contracted officers. In addition, the supervisor will take immediate action if assigned Officers are unable to complete their tours and will implement corrective actions for contract deficiencies. Our supervisor will monitor security Officers’ performance, interactions, and professionalism and will be readily available during the day for client interactions or emergencies.
